What you'll do

• Own end-to-end program plans, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and critical paths
• coordinate federation, SSO, provisioning, application onboarding, cutovers, rollback, and hypercare
• align enterprise and product security identity roadmaps
• run planning, status reporting, RAID tracking, and stakeholder syncs
• drive cross-functional prioritization
• coordinate non-human identity governance
• coordinate identity and endpoint access work
• partner with compliance and audit on controls and evidence
• prepare executive and delivery-team updates
• maintain program artifacts in Jira and Confluence
• manage vendor and contract touchpoints
• define and report program metrics.
