Transportation Construction Inspector

What you'll do

• Observe and document daily construction activities
• inspect roadway, bridge, drainage, utility, pedestrian facility, asphalt paving, resurfacing, and safety improvement work
• verify compliance with plans, specifications, contract, safety, and quality requirements
• sample and test materials as required
• measure quantities and maintain records
• review contractor submittals and report non-compliance
• complete daily reports
• coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Why this role
