Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist

What you'll do

• Assist property teams with resident eligibility determinations and documentation for affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8
• guide managers through certification files in the RightSource auditing platform
• advise on income calculations, asset verification, deductions, and unit transfers
• upload and verify tenant, unit, and occupancy data
• reconcile discrepancies
• submit monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reports
• audit resident files and work with site teams to resolve issues.
