What you'll do

• Teach daily living skills
• plan activities and create opportunities to improve quality of life
• maintain a clean, healthy, and safe environment
• implement person-centered support and behavioral plans
• supervise individuals and support their choices
• assist with medication
• complete required administrative and state documentation
• communicate individual needs to the manager
• provide community outings such as parks, museums, movies, shopping, and dining.
