What you'll do

• Build and expand the Attorney Banking Division
• develop and execute a national growth strategy for attorney-focused deposit and lending solutions
• partner with executives on product strategy, pricing, credit appetite, and go-to-market plans
• maintain a personal portfolio and production goals
• originate and structure banking and lending relationships for attorneys and law firms
• develop referral channels
• recruit, onboard, and develop specialists
• establish performance expectations
• manage a geographically dispersed remote team
• design scalable sales, onboarding, and portfolio processes
• coordinate with credit, operations, compliance, and treasury
• implement reporting and pipeline dashboards
• ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and internal policies. Occasional U.S. travel is expected.
