What you'll do

• Carry out security procedures, site policies, and appropriate emergency response activities
• respond calmly to incidents and critical situations
• conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, exterior spaces, and perimeters
• observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations
• assist visitors and tenants with directions, access questions, and general information.
