What you'll do

• Greet and assist members with account inquiries, updates, troubleshooting, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other transactions.
• Support drive-up service, branch opening and closing, alarms, night drop and mail processing, ATM or ITM servicing, check scanning, and station organization.
• Follow credit union policies and regulatory requirements, maintain product knowledge, promote services, balance the cash drawer, investigate discrepancies, and communicate significant issues to management.
