What you'll do

• Consult with customers about storage needs, show units, and convert inquiries into rentals
• conduct daily facility walkthroughs
• perform light maintenance such as sweeping and lock checks
• maintain facility security and cleanliness
• collect rent, manage delinquent accounts, prepare bank deposits, and handle retail sales of moving and storage supplies
• follow Pennsylvania lien laws and company procedures for auctions and tenant notifications.
