What you'll do

• Handle inbound customer calls about vehicle service
• answer questions and concerns
• schedule and confirm appointments across multiple dealerships
• recommend appointment options based on customer needs, maintenance schedules, and availability
• respond to inquiries about maintenance, pricing, warranties, roadside assistance, and vehicle status
• coordinate issue resolution with dealership personnel
• document interactions and appointment details
• navigate multiple systems
• collaborate with service advisors and managers.
