Regional Nurse Consultant

What you'll do

• Collaborate with clinical services and regional operations leaders, facility administrators, and Directors of Nursing
• identify and monitor centers needing quality or regulatory intervention
• lead quality interventions
• work with local, state, and federal agencies and other resources to facilitate clinical competency
• foster a nursing leadership support network
• pilot and replicate promising practices
• spread performance improvement initiatives.
