What you'll do

• Complete resident maintenance requests
• troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical components, HVAC, appliances, fixtures, switches, and building systems
• perform carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs
• prepare vacant apartments for new occupants
• maintain common areas and grounds
• perform seasonal and weather-related maintenance
• identify safety hazards
• document completed work and update work orders
• coordinate repairs and follow-up with property management
• participate in rotating on-call coverage approximately one to two weekends per month and respond to urgent requests.

Why this role

Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with rotating on-call coverage approximately one to two weekends per month. Applicants must live within approximately 30 minutes of the Merrimack Valley area. At least two years of relevant maintenance experience is preferred.
