What you'll do

• Develop strategies to identify qualified clinicians
• serve as the primary contact for an assigned clinician team
• build and maintain clinician relationships
• assess candidate strengths and match them to opportunities
• explain compensation packages and employment terms
• complete pre-employment processes, including resume support, references, and background and drug checks
• track certifications and employment documents
• manage contract employees on assignment
• coordinate with account managers on facility accounts and staffing needs
• maintain a recruiting desk and be available as needed outside typical office hours.
