What you'll do

• Depending on the client’s care plan, assist with personal care, hygiene, and dressing
• support mobility and incontinence needs
• provide companionship and emotional support
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• run errands and provide approved transportation
• give medication reminders
• follow individualized care plans and communicate with clients and the care team.
