What you'll do

• Provide onboarding for new vehicle transporters
• deliver a two-week training period on maneuvering, maintaining, and operating trailers and logistics equipment
• teach safe loading of vehicles onto a nine-car hauler
• conduct classroom and hands-on training
• coach and evaluate drivers
• use skills matrices and assessments
• coordinate with logistics managers
• support other projects as needed.
