Senior Director, Sales

The Senior Director, Sales role is onsite in Brewster, NY, with a salary of $150,000–$175,000 per year. What you'll do

• Relay sales team and customer needs across departments
• supervise inside sales support staff, including hiring, evaluation, coaching, and counseling
• manage system modifications and end-user training
• analyze inventory, sales pipeline, sales outcomes, and customer data
• track sales performance against quotas and support forecasting
• analyze KPIs, project margins, and cost of goods sold
• communicate project status
• follow work-in-process through sales, suppliers, operations, and finance or collections.
