What you'll do

• Maintain a daily plan with the lead teacher
• support lessons and classroom management
• anticipate children’s needs and monitor key classroom areas
• maintain classroom flow, safety, and well-being
• check and replenish activity materials
• maintain bathrooms, tables, chairs, easels, patios, and garden projects
• model positive behavior
• debrief with the lead teacher
• maintain professional relationships with parents, staff, and community
• attend school functions and two professional workshops or seminars per year.
