CDL Class B Driver

The CDL Class B Driver works onsite in North Kingstown, RI; compensation is $28–$32 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and equipment proficiency. The role supports Patriot Carriers’ new operations from its Stone Center location. The driver transports materials on local, intrastate routes and supports timely, accurate deliveries. Safe vehicle operation, load security, inspections, documentation, and customer service are central to the work.

What you'll do

• Operate dump and straight trucks on local intrastate routes
• load, transport, and unload materials
• inspect vehicles before and after trips
• follow DOT regulations and company safety standards
• secure loads
• maintain logs, delivery tickets, and paperwork
• follow dispatch instructions and routes
• verify deliveries and obtain proof of delivery when required
• communicate delays
• maintain and prepare the vehicle
• support other local branches as needed.

Why this role
