What you'll do

• Provide personal care, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and oral care
• change bed linen and maintain grooming supplies
• ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices and body mechanics
• record vital signs, weights, measurements, intake, output, and food consumption as assigned
• turn and position residents
• report condition changes to the Charge Nurse
• assist with meals, hydration, call lights, and staff orientation as requested.
