What you'll do

• Maintain project financial records and budgets
• track job costs, subcontract commitments, and purchase orders
• review and process invoices
• coordinate vendor and subcontractor payments
• prepare owner payment applications
• maintain supporting documentation
• assist with project closeout accounting
• and perform applicable multi-state sales and use tax reporting.
