What you'll do

• Supervise employees in retail, ticket, and cafe areas
• manage point-of-sale operations, inventory, displays, and supply orders
• process season passes, lift tickets, retail sales, and cafe transactions
• answer guest questions about activities and local sights
• support public and private events
• communicate resort updates to staff
• assist with inventory, revenue, expense, and loss-prevention reviews
• coordinate staffing with other supervisors.
