What you'll do

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from planning through completion
• manage schedules, budgets, cost control, forecasting, billing, contracts, and change orders
• coordinate with customers, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, superintendents, and foremen
• monitor project performance and address issues
• procure materials and subcontracts
• maintain project reporting
• support project safety planning and participate in the project safety team.
