G-Code/Conversational CNC Machinist

The G-Code/Conversational CNC Machinist role is onsite in Winchester, NH. Compensation is $25–$32 per hour. Innovative Machine is a precision machining shop producing custom parts and components for a range of industries. The machinist sets up and operates CNC equipment, develops and optimizes programs, and checks parts against technical specifications. The work supports production quality and schedules through accurate machining, troubleshooting, and collaboration with shop colleagues.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines using G-code and conversational programming
• write, edit, and optimize programs for mills and/or lathes
• interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications
• inspect work using precision measurement tools
• troubleshoot machining issues and adjust offsets to maintain tolerances
• perform routine machine maintenance
• maintain a clean and safe work environment
• collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
