Resident Assistant

What you'll do

• Obtain and document vital signs and report changes
• assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, nutrition, ambulation, transfers, positioning, and medication reminders
• follow individual service plans
• use infection-prevention protocols
• maintain a safe and clean environment
• document care and observations
• encourage resident activities
• and protect resident privacy.
