Service Advisor

What you'll do

• Maintain the service reservation schedule and process after-hours drop-off information
• greet customers
• review vehicle history and inspect vehicles with customers
• record concerns and provide instructions to technicians
• prepare labor and parts estimates and completion-time estimates
• follow repair progress and communicate changes
• notify customers when vehicles are ready
• maintain vehicle history and follow-up records
• resolve customer concerns
• promote labor, parts, and accessories
• road-test vehicles as required.
