Housing Specialist Supervisor

What you'll do

• Supervise assigned staff, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• conduct quality assurance reviews and prepare required reports and documentation
• advocate for participants
• provide telephone crisis support 24 hours a day, seven days a week
• provide transportation as appropriate
• conduct strength-based assessments and referrals
• respond to crises
• maintain client and program records
• build relationships with community agencies and coalitions
• analyze housing availability and develop housing action plans
• identify service gaps
• provide direct services as needed
• enter HMIS data
• prepare UNITY reports
• participate in Continuum of Care meetings
• coordinate transitions to Mental Health Rehabilitation services.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience in place of education, 3–5 years of related experience, and prior supervisory experience. A master’s degree is preferred. Telephone crisis support is required 24/7.
