• monitor service performance indicators

• coordinate parts availability with technicians and advisors
• recruit, train, mentor, and manage staff
• oversee budgets, expenses, and profitability
• review operational reports and improve workflows
• ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• support brand growth in the Sioux Falls market.
