What you'll do

• Lead passenger and checked-baggage screening operations
• manage a large multi-shift workforce and its supervisors, leads, instructors, and support personnel
• oversee staffing, scheduling, training coordination, performance, quality measures, reporting, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and responses to irregular operations
• communicate with airport and government representatives
• protect restricted information.
