What you'll do

• Assist customers and bank staff with loan operations matters
• clear daily general-ledger reconciliation items
• book loans in the Jack Henry system
• process loan modifications, renewals, and extensions
• review late-fee reimbursements for approval
• process disbursements, advances, wires, payments, and payoffs
• maintain loans and process reversals and reposts
• prepare loan correspondence
• process third-party portfolio payments
• handle non-accrual, charge-off, and recovery transactions
• calculate and post interest adjustments
• prepare participation certificates and notify participants.
