What you'll do

• Manage customer contact at order time
• enter and acknowledge orders
• coordinate with production scheduling to protect quoted lead times
• handle order inquiries and coordinate technical issues with engineering
• ensure contract inspection and design review requirements are followed
• maintain complete order files
• submit final contract documents
• resolve open change-order or penalty discussions
• ensure payments are collected
• coordinate customer visits and plant tours
• represent WEG at presentations and client dinners.
