What you'll do

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and agency personnel while following security procedures and site policies
• conduct routine and random armed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations according to post orders and escalation procedures
• monitor access points and verify authorized entry
• document observations, incidents, and daily activities
• carry assigned equipment in accordance with laws, training, licensing requirements, and company policies.
