Technology Project Manager, Low-Voltage Systems (Hybrid)

The Technology Project Manager, Low-Voltage Systems role is hybrid, based in Denver, CO, with a salary of $90,000–$120,000 per year. The technology group designs low-voltage and security systems for healthcare, higher education, government, commercial facilities, and data centers. This role leads low-voltage design projects from planning through construction administration, coordinating clients, budgets, staffing, schedules, and technical design to deliver complete systems and support project goals.

What you'll do

• Lead owner and design-team meetings
• manage fees, labor budgets, staffing, schedules, and scope changes
• direct structured cabling, audiovisual, nurse call, access control, and video surveillance design
• coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and owners
• review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and deliverables
• support structured cabling design and limited Revit production as needed
• observe construction and document design-intent issues
• guide designers and communicate progress to clients.
