What you'll do

• Follow production schedules and goals
• ensure products meet specifications
• perform production and inspection procedures
• complete required training and paperwork
• maintain a safe, clean, organized work area
• follow OSHA, GMP, HACCP, SOP, and sanitation requirements
• label and identify products
• maintain FIFO records
• add ingredients and verify formulations
• move and inspect meat
• wash and sanitize carts, racks, and trucks.
