What you'll do

• Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and common areas, including trash removal
• assist with cleaning and preparing vacant units
• complete weather preparation and cleanup as needed
• organize and use supplies cost-effectively
• complete additional duties assigned by community leadership
• maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license and meet the stated driver background-check requirements.
