What you'll do
- Lead the maintenance team in work orders, preventive maintenance, property upkeep, and repairs
- complete resident work orders within 24 hours
- inspect the community
- prepare market-ready apartments
- provide on-call emergency service as required
- monitor mechanical equipment
- maintain maintenance logs
- work with the Property Manager on budget controls and contractor insurance requirements
- comply with Fair Housing laws
- monitor inventory
- and complete supply orders within budget.

Why this role
