What you'll do

• Travel within a designated territory and provide crossover emergency coverage when needed
• provide pacemaker and ICD follow-up to patients and physician customers on demand
• train hospital staff and sales representatives
• support clinical and scientific studies
• maintain accurate implant, follow-up, and study documentation
• maintain product and technical knowledge
• report territory activities and complete clinical visit reports.

Why this role

The specialist may be on call 24 hours per day up to five days per week, with a weekend call rotation to be determined. Out-of-town travel is expected to be no more than 30%. Candidates not already implant-certified must demonstrate proficiency and obtain certification within six months; IBHRE certification is required within two years if not already held.
