What you'll do

• Guide customers through the vehicle repair process
• serve as the primary liaison between customers and insurance partners
• inspect and evaluate damaged vehicles
• prepare damage estimates using CCC One
• manage estimates, vehicle arrivals, and deliveries
• provide customer service and build lasting relationships.

Why this role

Automotive estimating experience is required; CCC One and Mitchell software proficiency and familiarity with direct repair program guidelines are requested. I-CAR certification is preferred but not required.
