Inside Sales Representative — Machine Product Support

What you'll do

• Serve as a customer point of contact and assess customer needs
• manage assigned accounts and follow-up contacts
• develop and qualify equipment, parts, and service leads
• refer leads to outside sales where applicable
• promote parts, service, labor, and customer service agreements
• manage promotional campaigns
• submit sales reports
• maintain customer and machine records
• support forecasts and expenses
• attend required training.
