What you'll do

• Manage an active caseload of employment-based immigration matters.
• Handle H-1B, L-1, O-1, and TN nonimmigrant visa petitions.
• Prepare PERM labor certification filings.
• Draft and review I-140 immigrant petitions and Adjustment of Status applications.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff.
