The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite at Medilodge of Clare in Clare, MI. Starting wages are $20.40–$26.40 per hour. Medilodge provides long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services, with resident-centered care as a focus. Under supervision, the CNA provides basic nursing assistance and helps residents with daily living activities. The role supports residents’ comfort and safety through personal care, mobility assistance, meal support, and recording vital signs and intake as directed.

What you'll do

• Answer resident signal lights and bells
• assist with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care
• obtain food trays and assist with feeding
• support range-of-motion exercises, transfers, positioning, and short-distance ambulation
• take and record vital signs and food and fluid intake and output as directed
• communicate with residents, families, and facility staff.
