What you'll do

• Support the General Manager’s operational standards and daily decisions
• coordinate shifts and team communication
• manage the restaurant in the GM’s absence
• oversee opening and closing procedures, cash drawers, prep, stocking, and facility security
• welcome guests and resolve concerns
• maintain cleanliness and safety
• work front- and back-of-house stations as needed
• assist with orders and inventory
• prepare shift reports
• coach and train team members
• escalate employee conflicts and performance concerns as needed.
