What you'll do

• Coordinate with suppliers to expedite aircraft component returns
• expedite AOG orders as required
• communicate overdue orders
• review maintenance and delivery schedules and inventory reports
• provide shipping and delivery information
• update FMR or log pages
• assist Commodity Managers with quotations and purchase order status
• resolve shipping, invoicing, quality, and part-number or quantity discrepancies.
