Description

Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning. Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members. Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals. Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
