Full-Time Support/Floater Teacher

The Full-Time Support/Floater Teacher role is onsite in Raleigh, NC, with scheduled hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Pay is $11–$15 per hour. The teacher supports classroom operations at Primrose School of Brier Creek using the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum. The role provides daily supervision and care for children, implements lesson plans and classroom schedules, and maintains a safe, welcoming learning environment. It also helps keep classrooms and shared areas in order and may assist in other capacities as directed by the director or designee.

What you'll do

• Supervise a group of children and manage daily classroom functions
• follow school and regulatory health, safety, and care requirements
• implement approved lesson plans and daily schedules using the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum
• maintain an attractive classroom that encourages exploration and decision-making
• provide recognition and consistent behavioral expectations
• perform classroom, common-area, and playground housekeeping
• assist as directed.
