What you'll do

• Improve provider schedule utilization, appointment readiness, and patient access.
• Conduct leadership meetings, maintain procedures and training standards, partner with HR on staffing matters, monitor operational scorecards and spending, resolve escalated patient concerns, and support compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, infection-control, and practice policies.
