What you'll do

• Plan cooking schedules according to job flow
• prepare food according to recipes and cooking methods
• use weights and measures to ensure proper quantities
• observe food preparation and taste food according to policy
• follow sanitation and food-handling specifications
• attend department and hospital in-service programs
• assist with training new staff
• take food orders as assigned
• complete project cleaning as assigned.
