This position supports the special education department at ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education, an organization dedicated to providing alternative education programs for students with diverse learning needs. The role exists to lead the instructional process for students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) by designing personalized learning experiences. The specialist delivers targeted instruction, manages student caseloads, and implements Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) to foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
