What you'll do

• Produce project estimates, value management, constructability reviews, and related documentation
• coordinate with clients and design teams
• participate in quantity takeoffs and conceptual takeoffs
• review drawings, specifications, and project documents
• identify labor, material, and time requirements
• train and develop Preconstruction Engineers
• support the Senior Preconstruction Manager.
