Transportation Project Engineer

The Transportation Project Engineer role is onsite in Seattle, WA. The expected base salary is $105,000–$125,000 per year. KPFF Seattle’s Transportation Team designs infrastructure intended to move people and connect communities across the region. The engineer supports transportation projects from pursuits and proposals through planning, design, permitting, and construction. The role contributes technical plans and analyses, coordinates project tasks, supports regulatory compliance, and works with project managers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver project requirements and milestones.

What you'll do

• Develop project-specific engineering solutions
• prepare design plans, reports, cost estimates, and technical analyses
• support regulatory compliance and permitting
• advance AutoCAD Civil 3D modeling skills
• coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources
• communicate with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
