What you'll do

• Partner on de novo growth, strategic real estate, and analytical initiatives
• own workstreams from problem framing through analysis and recommendations
• build financial models and decision-support tools
• test assumptions and scenarios
• support pro forma development and performance tracking
• conduct market and competitive analysis
• prepare executive and board materials
• translate analysis into recommendations.
