The Cook (On-Call) role is onsite in East Boston, MA, with an on-call schedule and shifts of 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.–11:15 p.m.; days may vary. Pay is $24.00 per hour. The position supports food service at Emirates Logan. This cook prepares food to established recipes and service schedules, portions and presents meals to standards, and maintains safe, clean kitchen operations. The work helps provide consistent, quality food service to customers.

What you'll do

• Prepare food according to standardized recipes and service schedules
• portion and serve meals while meeting temperature and presentation standards
• follow ticket and recordkeeping procedures
• clean and organize kitchen, refrigerators, and storerooms
• operate and maintain kitchen equipment
• assist with production planning, ordering, and receiving
• follow HACCP and safe food-handling procedures.
